By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent these requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account with 216wowph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 216wowph may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 216wowph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 216wowph support immediately.

216wowph reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

216wowph supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 216wowph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require the submission of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including a government-issued ID and proof of address. 216wowph aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits, where technically possible.
• 216wowph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.
• 216wowph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Any attempt to abuse the deposit and withdrawal system — including but not limited to chargeback fraud, money laundering, or exploiting payment processing errors — will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

216wowph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all 216wowph bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• 216wowph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions but remain eligible to claim them through the promotions page.

All games available on 216wowph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by 216wowph or any player.

By participating in any game on 216wowph, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• You understand the rules of the game you are playing before placing any wager.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 216wowph will not reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, 216wowph will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. The outcome determined by our servers shall be considered final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted at any time.

Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised with 216wowph customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 216wowph and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 216wowph reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement — in response to any of the following:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using 216wowph for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime in violation of Philippine law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gameplay.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on 216wowph, whether directly or through a third party.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use 216wowph if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

216wowph actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, we reserve the right to freeze account funds pending investigation and to share relevant information with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies as required by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 216wowph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from 216wowph without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 216wowph content.
• Use any 216wowph trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

Any unauthorized use of 216wowph intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 216wowph.

216wowph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

216wowph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Services at any time for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or any other reason, with or without notice.

216wowph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. 216wowph is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to fraud, money laundering, or other serious breaches of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 216wowph customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

216wowph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 216wowph complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. 216wowph makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

216wowph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. Your continued use of 216wowph after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
